12th Annual Lindley Park Chili Cook-off Registration
TYPES OF CHILI
Traditional: In a nutshell, “beef (or pork) and beans.” Usually in a tomato base.
Non-traditional: Chicken or turkey with “non-traditional” ingredients such as (but not limited to) garbanzo beans, corn, or lentils.
Vegetarian: No meat. Other than that, the sky’s the limit!
REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Wednesday, October 30

Information for Attendees
If you’re not making chili, please bring the fixins!
Please bring corn bread, shredded cheese, sour cream, or fixin’ of your choice; and/or a tasty dessert! (Don’t forget serving utensils.)
Think Green: Bring Your Own Bowl and Spoon!
Bowls, napkins, cups, and utensils will be provided, but in an effort to reduce waste, please consider bringing your own bowl (BYOB), and spoon!

Beverages will not be provided.

Soap Box Derby
Watch your kids race down the Walker Avenue bridge like Evil Knievel! Races will be held by age. Any wheeled racing cart allowed. Helmets required for participation (no exceptions.)
